Please read these terms carefully before purchasing security testing tools from Stealthy Solutions.

Critical Legal Notice

ALL PRODUCTS SOLD BY STEALTHY SOLUTIONS ARE FOR AUTHORIZED SECURITY TESTING, RESEARCH, AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. By purchasing from this site, you agree that you will use these tools only in accordance with all applicable laws and only on systems you own or have explicit written permission to test.

Unauthorized use of security tools may be a federal crime under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA) and similar laws in your jurisdiction.

1. Authorized Use Only

All products sold by Stealthy Solutions are security research and penetration testing tools intended for lawful purposes only. You agree to use these products only:

On systems you own
On systems where you have explicit written authorization from the owner
In authorized security assessments and penetration tests
For educational and research purposes in controlled environments
In Capture The Flag (CTF) competitions and training labs

You expressly agree NOT to use these tools for any unauthorized access, illegal surveillance, or malicious purposes.

2. Product-Specific Restrictions

WiFi Deauthentication Devices

WiFi deauthentication attacks may violate FCC regulations (47 U.S.C. § 301) and computer fraud laws. Use only on networks you own or have written permission to test.

Keystroke Logging Devices

Hardware keyloggers may violate federal wiretapping laws (18 U.S.C. § 2511) and state surveillance laws. Installation on systems you do not own or without explicit consent of all users is illegal.

HID Injection Tools (O.MG Cable, USB Rubber Ducky, etc.)

Covert payload delivery devices are intended for authorized red team operations only. Unauthorized installation constitutes a federal crime under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act.

RF Transmitters

Software Defined Radio devices capable of transmission (HackRF, Yard Stick One) may require FCC licensing for certain frequencies. Operating outside authorized bands or without proper licensing may result in substantial fines.

NFC Implants

Professional installation by licensed body modification artist or medical professional is strongly recommended. Seller assumes no liability for self-installation. Improper implantation may cause infection, rejection, or injury.

3. Buyer Responsibility

By purchasing from Stealthy Solutions, you acknowledge and agree that:

You are 18 years of age or older
You are legally permitted to purchase and possess these tools in your jurisdiction
You assume full responsibility for compliance with all applicable laws
You will not use these tools for any illegal purpose
You have read and understood all product-specific legal disclaimers
You accept full liability for your use of these products

4. No Warranties

Products are sold "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. Stealthy Solutions makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

Product fitness for any particular purpose
Product functionality or performance
Compatibility with specific systems or software
Detection evasion or operational security
Modified, implanted, or experimental devices

Some products may be detected by antivirus software, EDR solutions, or physical security measures. This is expected behavior for security tools.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STEALTHY SOLUTIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Any damages resulting from your use or misuse of products
Legal consequences of unauthorized use
Detection or seizure of products by authorities
Termination of employment or contracts due to product use
Criminal prosecution resulting from illegal use
Physical injury from NFC implants or modified devices
Data loss or system damage

YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS IS REFUND OR REPLACEMENT AT OUR DISCRETION.

6. Returns and Refunds

30-day return policy on unopened products in original packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
No returns on modified, implanted, or opened security devices
No returns on NFC implants or other medical devices
Software/firmware products are non-returnable
Refunds processed within 7-14 business days after receipt

7. Export Compliance

Certain products may be subject to export control regulations. You agree:

Not to export products to embargoed countries
Not to provide products to restricted parties
To comply with all applicable export control laws
That encryption and RF devices may require export licenses

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].

9. Right to Refuse Service

Stealthy Solutions reserves the right to:

Refuse service to any customer
Cancel orders at our discretion
Require proof of authorization for bulk orders

Request business licensing or professional certification

10. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with Stealthy Solutions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all product-specific legal disclaimers.
