- IP address and approximate geolocation (country/province)

If you contact us via email or our contact form, we retain the content of those messages along with your email address to respond and follow up.

- Customer Support Communications: 2 years from the date of the last interaction
- Newsletter Subscriber Data: Until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent
- Technical/Usage Logs: Up to 90 days, then anonymized or deleted
- LFA / Compliance Verification Records: Duration required by applicable regulatory framework

- Our hosting infrastructure (Vercel) operates SOC 2 Type II certified data centres
- We limit access to personal information to staff with a legitimate business need
No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach that poses a real risk of significant harm, we will notify affected individuals and the OPC as required by PIPEDA.

We use Vercel Analytics — a privacy-first analytics solution that does not use persistent cookies, does not fingerprint users, and does not share data with advertisers.
Age Restriction
Our products are for adults aged 18 and over only.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If you are under 18, do not use our website or provide any personal information to us. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a minor, we will delete it promptly. International Transfers
Some of our third-party service providers (including Stripe and Vercel) are located in the United States. When your personal information is transferred outside of Canada, it becomes subject to the laws of the jurisdiction where the service provider is located.
